Area Police Departments made three separate DUI arrests Friday night and early Saturday morning. 38-year-old Dustin Rose of Omega Road in Kinmundy was arrested by Salem Police. He was released after posting $100 bond. 23-year-old Dustin Shepard of Cisne was arrested by State Police.
