Curtis Ward, the would-be actor and con-director behind a critically acclaimed thug documentary, was arrested over the weekend following a standoff with police at a funeral service for his grandfather. This bad actor was acting badly, and when SWAT arrived it was the final act for him.

In typical PR fashion the excuse for the man who was Fletch will make you wretch. His rep stated it's only a "tune-up" because the aging actor "wants to be the best he can be." Well, we think too much "bottoms-up" has clearly made him "the worst that he is" and so into rehab he goes.

Khalifa agreed to pay a $500 fine that would make this all go away. Good thing a regular drug test wasn't part of the plea deal, otherwise the name "Wiz" would have taken on a whole new meaning!

Read more ...Preakness Stakes-winning jockey Kent Desormeaux has gone to alcohol rehabilitation in Utah. Sources say he will return in time to ride Exaggerator in the Belmont Stakes Saturday June 11. "It was time to take a sober look at my life and take this step," Desormeaux said in a brief statement issued through his agent J.R. Pegram. Hmmm... jockey... alcohol.. somewhere in here there is a short snort joke.
