FORT WALTON BEACH – A 35-year-old woman was charged with battery and possession of drugs without a valid prescription after stealing her roommate's medical marijuana “vape pen.” The pen had some medical marijuana in it, according to the suspect's Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office arrest report.
