Newington, Rocky Hill Host Forums On Opioid Addiction Prevention, NARCAN Training

Multiple town departments will come together in April to host a forum for Newington residents and teens to learn about opioid abuse. The forum is in response to the growing rates of opioid use and addiction in Connecticut, which mirror nationwide trends, Human Services Director Carol Labrecque said.
