TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Florida State running back Jonathan Vickers paid a $290 fine after pleading no contest to possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana. Tallahassee Police Department officers stopped Vickers' car on Dec. 27, 2017, for having an inoperable driver's side light and tag light.
