Opioid aid for Ohio's towns

State elected leaders — particularly the absent Mr. Kasich, who seems to spend most of his time shadow boxing the president — have done a woeful job of responding to the state's opioid crisis. Many still seem to not even recognize the havoc that is being visited upon our communities across Ohio.
