A member of Manhattan Community Board 12 has attacked her love rival as “ugly transgender” in a series of hateful text messages.

Restaurateur Alex Amano[1] — who co-owns the Jue Lan Club in Chelsea and the Amadeus Nightclub in Queens — and his fiancée Naiome Ram say they are the targets of his bitter ex-girlfriend Rud Morales, a member of Community Board 12 in upper Manhattan.

Morales and Amano broke up in 2016, but Morales still seems obsessed in text messages sent to Amano. “Look with what you ended,” she said in one. “A f - - king gold digger that looks like a f - - king transgender.”

Ram told me, “This is hate speech. If you are spewing hate, you should not represent your community.”

But Morales said she is allowed to call a woman a transgender. “I can’t say if she is or not. I don’t know,” she told me. “I have my opinion. The fact that she isn’t pretty isn’t my fault.”

Morales also denies she is obsessed with Amano: “He didn’t dump me. I dumped him.”

In June, Morales filed a summons with notice against Amano and Ram in Manhattan Supreme Court, alleging causes of action for assault, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress (among others) and seeking $5 million in damages. According to court papers, a complaint was never served on Amano or Ram, who both “adamantly deny” the allegations in the summons.
