Charlie Sheen 'Winning' Tip from Judge Stop 'Slut-Shaming' in HIV Lawsuit

Charlie Sheen[1] may have just scored a small victory in his HIV suit, but didn't win any points with the judge ... who flat-out calls his lawyer a misogynistic jerk.
According to new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- the woman suing Sheen for exposing her to HIV has been ordered to take her dispute with him to arbitration. The judge ruled the NDA she admitted to signing holds up, so Sheen's "hopes of 'Winning!'" this battle were justified.
However, the judge scolds Sheen's legal team for needlessly "slut-shaming" the woman -- who's suing as Jane Doe -- saying his behavior "wins no favor with this Court."
We broke the story ... Sheen called the plaintiff a "professional hooker party girl," and claimed she knew about his HIV status[2] the moment they met. She claims she was intimidated into signing the NDA[3] ... but, Sheen called BS[4] and said she was happy to hang out with him.
In the end, the judge sided with Sheen -- at least on moving the case to arbitration.
