Stella Bulochnikov[1] is selling her dream house.

Mariah Carey[2]’s former manager, who is suing Mimi[3], claiming she is owed millions of dollars in unpaid commissions, purchased the mansion in Calabasas, Calif., in 2017 for $4.2 million, but now she’s asking nearly $5 million.

Records show the place previously sold in 2014 for just $2.8 million, but Bulochnikov renovated the Spanish colonial to have black-and-white marble floors and its own beauty spa.

Pictures on Zillow show a photo of Bulochnikov and her daughters on a kitchen wall. In the living room is the Louis Vuitton trunk Mariah gave Bulochnikov in 2017 before firing her.

The house is also the address listed in California public records for the adequately named Wikkid, Stella’s defunct production company.

A source said she needs to sell to pay her lawyers.

“I’m selling the house because my daughters are going to school on the west side [of LA],” Bulochnikov told me.
