KAILUA-KONA — South Hilo had the highest number of DUI arrests among Hawaii Island's districts for the second week in a row, according to the DUI arrest report released today. During the week of April 9 through Sunday, South Hilo had nine DUI arrests, the same as last week, April 2-8.
