Read more ... UPDATE: As originally reported in an update at the end of May 2015, Dustin Diamond had been found not guilty of a second-degree felony of recklessly endangering safety. He was however found guilty of carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct. Now at the end of June (2015) Diamond has been sentenced to serve 4 months in jail. He was also sentenced to 15 months' probation.
