ORANGE, Calif. (KABC) --. Police have been locked in an hourslong standoff with a chase suspect in the city of Orange Sunday night. It all started at about 5:40 p.m. in the area of Tustin Street and Lincoln Avenue, when a suspected DUI driver refused to pull over for officers, according to Orange police.
