USC's Chimezie Metu apologizes for striking WSU's Carter Skaggs in the groin

Chimezie Metu issued an apology as part of his discipline by USC after his flagrant foul in a victory over Washington State. Metu struck Cougar Carter Skaggs in the groin and was ejected Sunday. Metu will be suspended for the first half of Thursday's game against California.
